The ambiance at Noodle Swing is both peaceful and charming, often populated by a diverse clientele that adds to its welcoming atmosphere. Many diners have noted the restaurant's calm vibe, making it an excellent spot for a leisurely meal. The Tom Ka Soup and egg rolls have received particular praise, showcasing the kitchen's ability to deliver comforting, well-prepared dishes that highlight the essence of Thai flavors.
While some of the main courses, like the basil fried rice and red curry rice, have garnered mixed reviews, it's clear that this cafe has its standout dishes. For instance, the Pad Thai comes highly recommended, although diners suggest being mindful of the tofu selection. The spice levels range from 1 to 3, providing options for both spice aficionados and those with more delicate palates.
Many customers, such as Josh Janoe, have made Noodle Swing a regular lunch spot, complimenting the quick service and delightful soups. This consistency in performance adds a layer of reliability that many diners appreciate. However, the sentiment is not universal; some have found the overall taste to be mediocre, noting that the menu lacks visual appeal with no pictures accompanying the dishes.
Michael Eisworth's poignant review reflects the unfortunate news of Noodle Swing's closure, marking the end of an era for those who cherished the food and service. As we say goodbye to Noodle Swing, we remember the flavors crafted in its kitchen and the experiences shared within its walls.

It sounds like you had a pleasant experience at the restaurant, especially enjoying the Tom ka soup and egg rolls. The peaceful ambiance and the presence of elder people created a decent atmosphere. However, you found the main courses, such as the basil fried rice and red curry rice, to be less impressive. Overall, you had a good experience but don't plan to visit the restaurant frequently in the future. Your feedback provides valuable insights for others considering dining there.
The Pad Thai was really good, but the tofu that came with it was not my favorite. Service was a little slow, but friendly. My wife had the Penang Curry and enjoyed it quite a bit. Spice levels here are 1 to 3. I had the 2. Pretty good kick! So if you are sensitive to spicy, approach carefully.
I’ve been making this spot a regular working lunch location and it has been great every time. The food is good and comes out quickly, but what I started to look forward to is the soups. Their regular daytime server also always does a great job.
And so it ends. Noodle Swing has closed down. It appears it will reopen as Curry up. I’ve been eating at Noodle Swing for years always loved the food. I’m very sad to see it close down.
Mediocre taste. Sorry but they are not localized. Staffs are kind. Online order is best option. Menu has no picture but all text only.
This is a delicious little Thai restaurant in Flower Mound. Everything they do here they do well. I will definitely be back here.
